Apart from our usual routine on the track as an athletics club. We often move around and about to engage our athletes in various ways of learning and improving on oneself.

"Giving the pre-loved, a second home"

"The season where malls and online stores are flooded with shoppers to gift their loved ones. Let's not forget those who don't get the chance to look forward to these gifts"

This season of giving, our athletes gathered their pre-loved items in working condition to give it a second life/home.

Items such as storybooks, toys, running shoes, clothes and school necessities were donated to The Salvation Army.

"Appreciate what we have"

We often come back from a long day to a nice meal prepared by our family without a thought on the preparation process and the cost of it

Our athletes packed household necessities and gave out to those in need before we head for our fun at Wild! Wild! Wet! this June (2023).

In March 2023, we collaborated with Our Tampines Hub alongside with ITE College Central in engaging members of the public with athletics activities such as baton passing and hurdle shuttle relay!

"Thank you for keeping our parks clean"

At times, we head over to Bishan Park for our training, whether is it for the steep slope work or the grassy field for us to run around and practice our throws.

To show our gratitude and appreciation to the unsung heroes who kept our parks clean and green, we gave out care packages consisting of light snacks that they can munch on during their break time!
